the-hardest-jobs-to-fill-in-america: Personal Finance News from Yahoo! Finance: "If you're looking for work in any of these fields, you're in luck. For the second year in a row, engineer is the hardest job to fill in America. Why are engineers so hard to find? 'We have whole generations of people loving liberal arts, not going into science and math,' says Larry Jacobson, executive director of the National Society of Professional Engineers."

411...

Good day my Children… it's that time… the 411….So sit back, take your shoes off. Oooooh wait….Just sit back……. Remember, I'm just the messenger…

One Chapter ends, Another begins, A new life's  story..

It's Like a look from across the room ,

that means nothing.....Until it does.

WHAT'S THE UNDERGROUND BUZZ?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Female Superstar is used to being in the spotlight. She loves the headlines, but her controlling husband wants her to sit down, stay home and watch their babies. Will her need to have a career ruin her marriage?

Where, oh where is this Superstar? Back in the 80's, she was the queen of the charts, but career mishaps and her low self esteem have stalled her career. Good thing she has a rich boyfriend.

Sade is back! The 50-year old singer has reunited with her band and a new project is due by thanksgiving. Sade's last project was 2000's Lovers Rock.

What's going on with Halle Berry http://www.people.com/people/halle_berry? The Oscar winner recently embarrassed her boyfriend and baby daddy Canadian Model Gabriel Aubry http://www.theinsider.com/news/735837_Shirtless_Celeb_Of_The_Day_Gabriel_Aubry during a taping of Spike TV's Guys Choice Awards, Berry was on stage with fellow Oscar Winner Jamie Foxx, and they proceeded to make out on stage. Foxx grabbed Berry 's butt. Berry grabbed his crotch. And then, they made out. WTH! Jamie Foxx was on top in the world, but Halle 's man was made to look like a chump. The photos are everywhere. Berry has a young daughter with Aubry. Why would she embarrass him like this? Was she sending the handsome model a message? No man likes to be disrespected. That kiss with Jamie Foxx could cost her her relationship with Aubry. See for yourself on June 21st on Spike TV on The Guys Choice Awards.

So what's the latest on Michael Jackson? It appears Michael will be doing some sort of concert with his brothers http://www.rhapsody.com/the-jackson-5 and sister Janet. I hear it could happen in Texas ? A $3 million offer has been made for Michael while his brothers, who need the money, would get $300,000. There's no word on what Janet would get. In the meantime, The King of Pop has to gain weight. At the age of 50, he is too thin and too frail. There is still a question on whether Jackson will be able to handle a 50 concert stand in London . I hear Michael is not happy with the London deal. Other deals in the works include a casino and world tour. Also, Michael will not be singing live during his London shows. He will be lip singing. He can't do the dance routines and sing live at the same time.

Hey Spike!  What's your beef with Tyler Perry ?!!!

In a recent interview with Ed Gordon, Lee came after Perry's neck saying his TV shows remind him of Amos 'N Andy. DANG Spike! So far, Perry has kept quiet but I'm sure his Madea would have a word or two for Lee. Perry is taking the high toad. He realizes his brand of theatre, TV and movies are not everyone's cup of tea, but he has an audience and he will continue to entertain them.

Actor Mykelti Williamson http://www.tvguide.com/celebrities/mykelti-williamson/167326 is joining the cast of the FOX show 24 with Kiefer Sutherland.

So what does Maxwell look for in a woman? The sexy singer says he likes a pretty, assertive woman, a secure woman with a career. Maxwell's  long awaiting album, Black Summer Nights, is coming out on July 7th. What took him so long? Maxwell says he wasn't inspired, and he had to do something from the heart.

Taraji P. Henson http://www.martinipink.com/?p=1412 goes nude in the new issue of Instyle magazine. The Oscar nominee looks fabulous in the tasteful spread, which celebrates celebrity nudes. Taraji will be starring in the new Tyler Perry-Madea movie I Can Do Bad All By Myself, which comes out in September.

Brandy Long Distance has reached a settlement with the children of the woman that she accidentally killed in a car crash. In 2006, brandy was involved in a car crash when her range rover struck a woman's car and the woman died. Brandy was cleared of any wrongdoing by authorities, but she was still sued by the family. The late woman's two children will each receive $33,000.

Chris Brown  is due in court on June 22nd, and hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Ex-girlfriend Rihanna is scheduled to testify against him, and talk about what happened on that fateful night in February that left her face battered and bruised. The two are no longer together, and it has gotten ugly. A few weeks ago, nude photos of Rihanna were released to the public and all fingers pointed to Chris Brown. The brouhaha cost Rihanna a coveted spot on Vogue magazine. The editors didn't want to deal with the scandal. June 22nd could prove fatal to Brown. Prosecutors could get enough evidence to continue with a trial.

It's a boy for Kimora Lee Simmons and Actor Djimon Hounsou. Little Kenzo Lee Hounsou was born via c-section weighing in at 8lbs and 20 inches long. This is the couple's first child together. Kimora has two daughters from her previous marriage to Mogul Russell Simmons.

One of the episodes will deal with the recent arrest of Run's young son Jo-Jo, who was arrested for possession of marijuana.

At the movies, it's Tennessee . Mariah Carey stars, and she is very good in this movie. Yes! She is very good! I know when we think of Carey, we think of a high maintenance diva, but in this new movie she takes off the makeup, cornrows the hair and shows off her acting skills. Philadelphia Native Lee Daniels produced the project. He has also has Precious coming out later this year with Mo'Nique co-starring with Mariah.

Speaking of Mo'Nique , she is losing weight, and she talks about it in the new issue of Jet magazine. Mo'Nique says she did not have weight loss surgery. She says she realized she was getting too heavy, so she stepped up her exercise program and cut out red meat. So far, she has lost 40 pounds and she wants to lose another 30. Mo'Nique is gearing up for her return to television with her new late night show on BET. Yes, Mo is coming to late night on BET starting this Friday. All this goes along with her major role in the Lee Daniels movie Precious, where she plays an abusive mother. I hear Mo could score an Oscar nomination for that role.

The new Denzel Washington  /John Travolta  movie, The Taking Of Pelham 1 2 3, opens in theatres next Friday. Washington is picking up the weight for co-star John Travolta, who will not be doing any press for the movie while he continues to mourn the death of his son. Last January Travolta's 16 -year son, Jett, died from a seizure. Washington says since Travolta needs time to heal, he is ready to do his part in promoting the movie for Travolta. The Taking Of Pelham 1 2 3 is a remake of the 70's classic that starred Walter Matthau, Marti n Balsam and Robert Shaw. The movie is about a group of madmen who take a subway car hostage.
